We are working with a company that is internationally recognised in what they do and are helping millions of people around the world live a better life. Due to continued growth in their Digital Workforce team, they are looking to add a Purview Specialist to join a global team in managing and enhancing their document management portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to build and execute on the DMS roadmap ensuring scalability, enhancements and operational effectiveness of the systems.
This role requires a strong background in technical document management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Own and evolve the technical roadmap for the document management ecosystem (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and M365), aligning business outcomes to platform capabilities.
- Ensure strategy and deployment decisions remain aligned with broader product/enterprise architecture direction.
- Design and implement Microsoft Purview capabilities to improve governance and risk posture, including: Sensitivity labels / label policies, DLP (Exchange/Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive endpoints as applicable).
