This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated engineering professional to lead a Production Engineering department, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and provide technical support across multiple business functions.
The Role As the Production Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the Production Engineering team, ensuring workloads are effectively prioritised and supporting operational and engineering objectives across the business.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the daily activities of the Production Engineering team.
Define team priorities and allocate workloads effectively.
Collaborate with Production teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
Investigate production line rejects and identify root causes.
Support change control processes and software system testing.
