Our client is a well-established provider of IT support and cyber security services, delivering technical expertise and managed services to customers across a range of industries. They are seeking an Onsite Technical Engineer to join their growing team, supporting a key customer in a hybrid role. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within Industrial IT (IT/OT), working closely with experienced engineers while gaining exposure to modern infrastructure technologies, automation, and customer-facing support.
The Role
- You'll spend three days per week onsite at a manufacturing facility in Market Drayton, acting as the first point of contact for Industrial IT support within the Automation Engineering team.
- The remaining two days will be based at the company's office in Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, where you'll work alongside the wider technical team, contribute to projects, and continue developing your technical expertise.
- Working collaboratively with remote infrastructure engineers, you'll help maintain the site's IT infrastructure, support hardware and network issues.
