MIS Consultant (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: Remote About the Role We are looking for an experienced MIS Consultant to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
This is a fully remote role supporting schools with the effective use of their Management Information Systems, primarily Arbor.
Key Responsibilities Provide consultancy, training, and helpdesk support for Arbor MIS.
Support schools in resolving system issues and improving their use of MIS.
Respond to support requests and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
Deliver high-quality customer service and build positive relationships with schools.
Maintain accurate records and follow agreed support processes.
About You You will have: Experience supporting Arbor MIS.
Experience in an IT support, customer service, or education technology environment.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
The ability to learn new software quickly.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Desirable: Experience delivering Arbor training or consultancy.
Knowledge of other MIS platforms such as Bromcom or ESS SIMS.
