A well-established and highly respected precision engineering company is looking for an experienced CNC Miller to join their skilled team. The business manufactures high-spec components for demanding industries including motorsport, defence, electronics, and advanced technology. The Role

  • You will be responsible for the full machining process, including:
  • Programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines
  • Offline programming using Hypermill
  • Working from detailed engineering drawings and CAD models
  • Machining to tight tolerances
  • Operating YCM mills with Heidenhain controls
  • Inspecting your own work to ensure high-quality standards

The Candidate

  • 4+ years' experience in precision CNC milling
  • The ability to programme, set, and run jobs independently
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings
  • A high level of attention to detail and pride in your work
