Position: Rework Technician

Salary: £24 per hour (umbrella)

The Role:
As a Rework Technician, you will be an integral part of the technical team, ensuring that all rework tasks are completed to the highest standard. This role involves working closely with various departments to maintain the quality and functionality of products.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing rework tasks with precision and attention to detail
- Utilising helicoil techniques to ensure product integrity
- Inspecting and testing products to identify and rectify issues
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
- Maintaining accurate records of rework activities
- Adhering to safety protocols and quality standards
- Communicating effectively with supervisors and colleagues
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with helicoil techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts (6am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 11pm/12am)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in using technical tools and equipment
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
This role is based in Goodwood, making it accessible from various locations. Commutable locations include Chichester, Portsmouth, Southampton, and surrounding areas.
