The opportunity: Our client is reshaping the way their industry is run. They are building a modern digital platform to make the sport easier to administer, more responsive to change, and more customer-centric. As we move toward operational launch, the challenge is no longer just 'can we build the software?' but how do we support the Racing Digital Team and all of our stakeholders with coordinating all of the moving parts to release the product and make sound judgements around our priorities.
They are looking for a hands-on Program Manager who can help us bridge the gap between delivery and real-world readiness. This is not a coordination-only role - you will be expected to actively fix problems, make decisions with the board, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and customers, and raise release quality. You'll join a small, high-impact team working closely with Engineering, Product, and operational stakeholders. There is real opportunity to shape how we release, operate, and assure our platform as we scale.
