Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years' IT experience in a corporate environment
- Excellent knowledge in Windows 11 installation and configuration
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
- Able to work independently under pressure
- Active Directory – User Creation/Groups
- Lenovo, Dell Hardware experience
- Administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange)
- Audio Visual Systems
- Quick learner with a natural interest to learn and continuously improve
