Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career as a Parts Advisor. As a Trainee Parts Advisor, you will learn all aspects of parts administration, stock control, and customer support, working alongside experienced team members in a busy and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and organising vehicle parts
- Maintain accurate stock records using internal systems
- Support internal teams with parts requests and enquiries
- Help identify and locate correct parts using computer systems
- Assist with inventory checks and stock control procedures
- Ensure parts are stored safely and correctly
- Provide general administrative support to the parts department
What We're Looking For
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
