Role: IT Technician Location: Waterlooville Salary: £20,000 - £27,000 About the Role We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed IT Technician to join our dedicated IT Support Team. The successful candidate will provide day-to-day technical support and assist in the delivery of high-quality IT services across a multi-site education environment. Working as part of a small and supportive IT team, you will help maintain and support a wide range of IT systems, infrastructure and equipment used by approximately 2,000 users across multiple sites. Key Responsibilities The IT Technician will support the IT Support Team with the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the organisation's IT environment, including: Providing first- and second-line technical support to staff and users. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. Supporting Windows desktop and laptop devices. Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment. Supporting network infrastructure and connectivity. Maintaining and troubleshooting printers and photocopiers.
