We're delighted to be partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical device manufacturer to recruit a Process Assembly Technician. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of medical technology, where you'll play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality, life-changing products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate precision manufacturing and assembly equipment.
- Carry out incoming quality inspections on engineered components.
- Support laboratory activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Work closely with the Process Engineering team to review manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Follow established process controls, in-line monitoring, IPQC procedures, and metrology requirements to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Complete production documentation, including equipment and batch logbooks.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all times.
- Assist with validation and qualification activities for new equipment and production batches.
