Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and maintaining sales reporting and CRM data accuracy
- Producing weekly performance reports and commercial insights
- Supporting dashboard development using Excel and reporting tools
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Supporting cross-functional projects and business initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Helping drive adoption of commercial systems and best practices
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a commercial operations, sales operations, business analyst, or similar role
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
