A leading international pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Maintenance & Asset Coordinator to join their Engineering & Facilities team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CMMS expertise and maintenance planning experience within a regulated/GMP environment who enjoys working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and compliance teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing and optimising CMMS systems (Maximo/SAP PM or similar)
- Coordinating planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities
- Supporting GMP-compliant maintenance documentation and audit readiness
- Tracking work orders, KPIs, asset performance, and maintenance reporting
- Liaising with engineering teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Ideal background:
- Experience using CMMS platforms in regulated environments
- Strong maintenance planning/scheduling coordination experience
- GMP/pharmaceutical/life sciences exposure highly desirable
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Knowledge of CAPA, deviations, change control, or asset lifecycle management advantageous
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
