We're searching for a Field Service Engineer who loves solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping high-performance medical devices running at their best.
What You'll DoSupport clinicians by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced laser and energy-based systems. Own your territory by planning service visits, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring customers feel supported.
Diagnose complex issues using your knowledge of electronics, optics, and mechanical components.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unusual cases and share insights that improve product performance. Promote service excellence through clear communication, professionalism, and a solutions?oriented approach.
Spot opportunities for upgrades, training, and service agreements.
What You BringTechnical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
Several years working with complex electronic systems; laser experience is a bonus. Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to think creatively under pressure. A friendly, confident communication style.
