I’m currently supporting a global pharmaceutical company in hiring a Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst. This role offers a great opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain exposure across HR partnering while developing strong people analytics and reporting capabilities within an international environment.
Support HR Partners across the employee lifecycle and HR operations:
- Act as a first point of contact for HR queries and policy guidance
- Assist with employee relations case coordination and documentation
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to provide people insights
- Support key HR processes including talent reviews, performance cycles, and organisational initiatives
2–3 years’ experience in HR operations, HR generalist support, or people analytics:
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills (Power BI or Tableau a plus)
- Exposure to HR metrics, reporting, or workforce planning
- Experience with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and handling confidential data
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights
