Temporary Inspection Operators for day and night shifts at Swindon site. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to start immediately, this is your chance to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Positions Available:

  • 12 x Night Shift Operators – 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off)
  • 12 x Day Shift Operators – 12-hour shifts (4 on, 4 off)
  • 24+ Flexi Inspection Operators – covering day and night shifts

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 1 week initially (potential for extension)

Hours: 48 per week (spread over 4 days on, 4 days off, repeat)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct visual inspections of tablet blister packs for defects (dents, broken/missing tablets, improper sealing, etc.)
  • Remove defective units and report findings to your supervisor
  • Maintain cleanliness of inspection area
  • Verify batch details: lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity
  • Assist with product batch changeovers
  • Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site safety protocols

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Flexibility to work day or night shifts
  • Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts
