What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough internal reviews of documents and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
  • Assist in preparing for client submissions, adhering to deadlines such as the internal review deadline (11th June) and client submission deadline (12th June).
  • Maintain accurate records of data, including dates of birth and email addresses, as specified in submission requirements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality processes.
