What You’ll Do:
- Conduct thorough internal reviews of documents and processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any quality issues proactively.
- Assist in preparing for client submissions, adhering to deadlines such as the internal review deadline (11th June) and client submission deadline (12th June).
- Maintain accurate records of data, including dates of birth and email addresses, as specified in submission requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and meticulous review skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and procedures.
