In this role, you will partner closely with process owners, SMEs, and senior stakeholders across multiple R&D pillars, including Clinical Development, Non‑Clinical Development, and Labelling. You’ll lead efforts to re‑engineer end‑to‑end processes, eliminate waste, and embed new ways of working within an Agile Transformation Office environment. Your expertise will help shape the future of R&D operations, making a lasting impact on the organisation’s efficiency and effectiveness.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • Minimum of 5 years’ hands‑on experience applying Lean Six Sigma principles in complex business environments
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification (Green Belt preferred)
  • Strong process mapping and modelling skills, capable of documenting current and future state processes
  • Proven experience facilitating workshops, capturing requirements, and designing improved operating models
  • Familiarity with BPM tools such as ARIS, SAP Signavio, iGrafx, or Microsoft Visio
  • Excellent stakeholder management, capable of collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams
  • Experience supporting large‑scale organisational transformation initiatives
  • Ability to translate process designs into practical implementation plans and support change management efforts
  • Clear understanding of process governance, documentation standards, and KPI frameworks
