Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle, assisting HR Partners/HRBPs.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine HR queries, offering policy guidance and escalating complex issues.
- Manage standard HR cases and lifecycle changes while ensuring a high level of service.
- Support organizational change initiatives through data preparation, reporting, and insights.
- Coordinate employee relations processes, including meetings, documentation, and action tracking, with strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with HR shared services to ensure efficient and accurate service delivery, promoting self-service and AI tools.
- Prepare presentations and materials for key HR processes (e.g., talent reviews, performance calibrations, engagement reviews).
- Develop HR analytics outputs such as dashboards, reports, and presentations.
- Translate data into actionable insights by identifying trends, root causes, and recommendations for decision-making.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–3 years of experience in HR support, operations, or people analytics.
- Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, lookups); knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Experience with HR metrics, performance management, compensation cycles, or workforce planning.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and employment practices; local labor law knowledge is advantageous.
- Experience creating dashboards and presenting data insights (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python is a plus).
- Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday) and handling sensitive employee data.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
