Are you a seasoned market access professional with global experience in evidence generation, HTA submissions, and payer strategy? We are seeking an Evidence Synthesis Lead to support a leading pharmaceutical organisation in delivering high-impact value dossiers and guiding global access strategies for specialty products.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping global payer evidence strategies across multiple assets, from peri-launch to lifecycle management. This role involves developing and delivering Global Value Dossiers (GVDs), Draft Assessment Reports (DARs), HTA dossiers, and other payer evidence materials. You will guide regional and local teams, support pricing and access negotiations, and ensure alignment across internal functions including HEOR, RWE, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead development and delivery of global payer evidence materials (GVDs, DARs, HTA dossiers)
- Drive early HTA engagement and prepare for payer interactions
- Identify evidence gaps and align cross-functional strategies
- Create payer value narratives, objection handlers, and strategic documents
- Support regional/local teams with dossier adaptation, mock negotiations, and best-practice sharing
- Engage with external experts and advisory boards to validate evidence strategies
- Provide leadership across regions without direct line management
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years in the pharmaceutical or consultancy sector, with significant global experience in market access, payer insights, and evidence generation
- 2 - 6 years in market access-related functions (HEOR, HTA submissions, payer strategy)
- Proven ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience prioritising and translating access requirements into actionable strategies
- Open to candidates from either pharma or consultancy backgrounds
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience in global oversight of access strategies and payer evidence development
- Familiarity with health economic evaluations and value tools
- Track record of successful external stakeholder engagement
