The private healthcare market in Neuroscience is rapidly evolving, with a growing proportion of patients seeking Alzheimer's disease care through private providers. This national role is responsible for accelerating new business growth within the UK and ROI private healthcare sector, with a specific focus on Alzheimer's disease.
The successful candidate will identify, develop, and execute strategic partnerships with private providers to expand access to innovative treatment options. A key component of the role is effectively communicating the value proposition of Kisunla (donanemab) to engage both established and emerging private market sites and support patient access.
While experience in Alzheimer's disease is preferred, candidates with a proven track record of driving new business growth within private healthcare for other Neuroscience indications will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Map and prioritise private market opportunities across the UK/ROI, identifying high-potential providers and growth segments.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximise commercial opportunity and patient access within the private sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including private providers, clinical leaders, and decision-makers.
- Drive product access and uptake by clearly articulating clinical data, health-economic value, and service-level benefits.
- Establish compliant, value-driven partnerships that support both high standards of patient care and sustainable business growth.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, aligning internal stakeholders to deliver on the national business plan and ensure coordinated execution in B2B channels.
- Partner with field account teams to enhance understanding of private providers and ensure brand strategy is effectively deployed.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B leadership within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience driving business growth through innovative Neuroscience therapies within the private healthcare sector.
- Demonstrated success driving auditable business growth in the private healthcare sector.
- Experience in Alzheimer's disease or broader Neuroscience is highly desirable.
- Private Medical Insurance (PMI) market experience is advantageous.
