Role Summary
Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of quality candidates to a number of high profile clients, working on permanent and contract assignments with some of the best clients in Europe and beyond.
We see Recruitment and Business Development as two distinct skill sets and if you divide the two you can be more effective. Looking at our yearly growth figures, we are probably right!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Define a clear recruitment strategy and utilise job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented permanent and consulting candidates.
- Take job briefs directly from Account Management and Business Development, ensuring the recruitment team have the highest possible job specification.
- Establish and maintain relationships with well-qualified candidates.
- Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track/manage resumes and candidates.
- Full cycle recruitment responsibilities; Source, Interview, Negotiate, Deliver offers of employment, Administration, On-boarding and Maintenance.
- Demonstrate Superior knowledge of the pharmaceutical/Life Science industry and various cross-functional disciplines and continuously upskill.
- Represent Planet Pharma pro-actively and effectively to industry contacts
- Train and support more junior team members, driving high standards across the team.
We are looking for someone with:
- Previous experience as a Recruiter working within life sciences, medical devices or a similar fast-paced industry, with a demonstrable high level of performance.
