We have big plans and are currently looking to onboard talented Recruiters into our high-performing Team covering the EU & Rest of World.

Role Summary:

Within this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of candidates to a number of high-profile clients, working on permanent and contract roles with some of the best clients across the EMEA region. Our delivery-focused recruitment team works hand-in-hand with our sales team to deliver a seamless and effective process.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Find high-quality candidates for permanent and interim assignments.
  • Full cycle recruitment responsibilities: Source, Interview, Negotiate, Benefit Education/Administration, On-boarding and Maintenance.
  • Utilise job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented candidates.
  • Utilise resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track and retrieve resumes and candidates.
  • Build long-lasting quality relationships with industry professionals.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience as a Recruiter working within life sciences, pharma, medical devices or a similar fast-paced and regulated industry.
  • Strong communication skills.

  • High level of commercial awareness.
