Are you an experienced Medical Affairs professional looking for your next challenge in a dynamic, cross-functional environment?

We’re supporting a long-term freelance opportunity for a Senior Medical Liaison to join a global biotech leader. This hybrid role combines field-based scientific engagement with strategic office-based medical affairs responsibilities.

Location: UK-based, ideally within day-return distance to Maidenhead

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead scientific exchange and medical education with key stakeholders across rare diseases, neuroscience, or post-natal depression
• Deliver medical strategy through congresses, advisory boards, and real-world evidence initiatives
• Collaborate cross-functionally on health technology appraisals, compliance, and internal training
• Act as a scientific expert in the field, supporting both commercial and medical teams
• 4+ years’ experience in field and office-based medical affairs
• Higher scientific degree (PharmD, PhD, MBChB or equivalent preferred)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work autonomously and drive strategic medical projects
