What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute global RWE studies — from protocol development to analytical interpretation
  • Advise teams using epidemiological and medical insights to guide strategic decision‑making
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑impact RWE projects
  • Translate findings into scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, and publications
  • Drive innovation through new data sources, advanced analytics, and cutting‑edge study designs
  • Ensure scientific rigor and strong methodological standards across all RWE activities

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Have Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Epidemiology, HEOR, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
  • 9–12 months’ experience delivering RWE studies using primary or secondary data
  • Strong understanding of epidemiology/outcomes research methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have

  • PhD in Epidemiology or Outcomes Research
  • 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience contributing to publications (posters, presentations, manuscripts)
  • Strong combination of analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking
