What You’ll Do
- Design and execute global RWE studies — from protocol development to analytical interpretation
- Advise teams using epidemiological and medical insights to guide strategic decision‑making
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high‑impact RWE projects
- Translate findings into scientific communications, including abstracts, posters, and publications
- Drive innovation through new data sources, advanced analytics, and cutting‑edge study designs
- Ensure scientific rigor and strong methodological standards across all RWE activities
What We’re Looking For
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Epidemiology, HEOR, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 9–12 months’ experience delivering RWE studies using primary or secondary data
- Strong understanding of epidemiology/outcomes research methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
- PhD in Epidemiology or Outcomes Research
- 3+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Experience contributing to publications (posters, presentations, manuscripts)
- Strong combination of analytical, strategic, and innovative thinking
