Founded in 2012, Planet Pharma is a market leading staffing business within the Life Science/Pharmaceutical world, with offices throughout North America, Europe, and APAC. We are recognised by our diverse client portfolio as the 'go-to' supplier to meet challenging resourcing needs globally.

After an exceptional year in 2025 and with a record breaking Q1, we are looking to hire 4 new Recruiters to join our London based team.

Role Summary

Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of quality candidates to a number of high profile clients, working on permanent and contract assignments with some of the best clients in Europe and beyond. You will partner specifically with an experienced Senior Recruiter, helping them to find candidates or to manage recruitment processes.

We see Recruitment and Business Development as two distinct skill sets and if you divide the two you can be more effective.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Define a clear recruitment strategy and utilise job boards, networking, direct recruitment, social media and other advanced recruitment methodologies to identify talented permanent and consulting candidates.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with well-qualified candidates, whilst growing a strong network in industry.
  • Utilize resume and applicant tracking software to identify, track/manage resumes and candidates to support delivery of full cycle recruitment responsibilities.
  • Represent Planet Pharma pro-actively and effectively to industry contacts and stakeholders.
