We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Advisor to lead the oversight of third-party manufacturers, ensuring compliance with rigorous regulatory requirements. What You’ll Bring:
- A formal science qualification (Diploma, Master’s degree, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in Quality Assurance or pharmaceutical production under GMP standards
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage quality systems within a global organization
- At least 5 years of local and international QA operations experience
- Exceptional command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Strong skills in quality system improvements, audits, change management, and risk mitigation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes
- Experience with regulatory submissions and product validation
- Multilingual abilities to enhance global collaboration
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline
- Extensive professional experience in GMP-quality assurance roles, particularly within a global or multi-site environment
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as needed for audits and vendor evaluations
- Certification in quality management systems (e.g., PQS, ISO) is advantageous
