What You’ll Do:

In this vital position, you will support production floors abroad by analyzing logs, investigating faults at product, infrastructure, and server levels, and leading organized, documented solutions. You’ll be responsible for upgrading existing environments and troubleshooting complex issues to ensure seamless manufacturing processes worldwide. Working closely with development teams, you’ll represent the company as a technical authority, fostering collaborative problem-solving in a globally distributed organization.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar production support or engineering role
  • Deep understanding of production line testers’ design and maintenance
  • Extensive knowledge of electronic design, including analog, digital, and radio frequency (RF) systems
  • Familiarity with electronics components, PCB and PCBA design, batteries, RF, IR, testing methods, and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Experience working within matrixed, global organizations, and comfort collaborating across cultures
  • Hands-on hardware expertise, including embedded interfaces, networks, instrumentation, debugging, and system integration
  • A problem-solving mindset with a proactive, “hands‑on” approach
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and a proven team player

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of SQA and LabVIEW tools
  • Experience with RF communication and connected smart products
  • Track record working on complex multidisciplinary projects requiring advanced technical know-how
  • Familiarity with manufacturing databases, production data pipelines, and engineering data analysis tools
  • Experience working with subcontractors, external vendors, CMO production teams, and managing procurement for testers or prototypes

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or a closely related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant industry experience in production support, hardware systems, or similar roles
