We are seeking an experienced Territory Business Manager to join a market-leading animal health organisation during an exciting period of growth, innovation, and product launches. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing and growing a successful companion animal territory
  • Building and maintaining trusted relationships with veterinary customers across independent and corporate accounts
  • Executing product launch strategies to drive customer adoption and market penetration
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and delivering against ambitious sales targets
  • Acting as a trusted partner to customers, providing value-led solutions and support

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 4 years' sales experience within the UK Pet Health Pharmaceutical industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong existing relationships within the veterinary sector
  • Experience launching and growing products in competitive markets
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing a territory autonomously
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with high ethical standards and a collaborative approach

Preferred

  • Experience within Companion Animal Dermatology and/or Parasitology
  • Knowledge of the veterinary dermatology market and related treatment pathways
