The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.
We are currently partnered with an exciting and innovative biotech who are leaders in working with antibody drug conjugates focusing on cancer indications. With the steady growth of their team, they are now looking for a Scientist/ Senior Scientist (dependent on experience) to join their team and support in their projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop methods for ADC bioanalysis (PK, ADA and biomarkers) and transfer methods to selected CROs
- Lead troubleshooting activities, both internally and remotely with CROs
- Contribute and/or lead the bioanalytical strategy for projects at pre-clinical and clinical stages
- Analysis of samples, interpretation and reporting data from preclinical studies
- Support translational science activities, including biomarker discovery, indication prioritization
- Prepare or contribute to scientific reports and presentations as needed including IND reports, briefing books project team meetings
Requirements:
- Degree in a life science function
- Some industry experience required
- Experience in working and developing bioanalytical assays (mostly PK, ADA, nAb, soluble biomarker assays)
- Experience in troubleshooting assays when needed
