Position: Senior Research Associate (Ligand Binding Assays - Bioanalytical and Molecular Assays)
Location: Oxford - Fully on-site
Shifts: Sunday to Thursday

Main Responsibilities
- Perform assay development, validation, and regulated clinical sample testing using ligand-binding and cell-based assays.
- Generate and analyse bioanalytical data to support pharmacodynamic and immunogenicity studies.
- Prepare and manage assay reagents and maintain accurate laboratory documentation.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Support laboratory operations, including SOP updates, equipment maintenance, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Main Requirements
- Degree in Biological Sciences or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or CRO industry.
- Hands-on experience with ligand-binding assays (LBA) and/or cell-based assays.
- Experience with PK, ADA, and nAb assays is desirable.
- Experience working in a GLP, GCLP, and/or GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong organisational, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality and compliant laboratory practices.
