🔍 Temporary Visual Inspection Operatives – Swindon (Day or Night Shifts) We’re hiring temporary operatives to support pharmaceutical packaging inspections at a Swindon-based facility. This is a short-term 1 week opportunity potential to increase) ideal for detail-oriented individuals who can start immediately. 📅 Shift Details Night Shifts : 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off Day Shifts : 12-hour shifts, 4 days on / 4 days off 🚀 Start Date ASAP – Immediate starters only 📍 Location Swindon – Fully onsite 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Under supervision, you’ll be responsible for: Performing visual inspections for defects Removing defects units per Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintaining a clean and organized inspection area Verifying batch details including lot numbers, expiry dates, and packaging integrity Escalating any deviations to the wider team Adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and site safety protocols, including wearing appropriate GMP gowns This is a fast-paced, hands-on role in a regulated environment.
