The Role

  • As a Clinical Research Nurse, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high‑quality care to participants aged 12+.
  • You’ll be based across Bristol and may support multiple locations depending on availability.
  • Provide exceptional nursing care to study participants aged 12+
  • Perform venepuncture, LPA procedures, and infusion administration with confidence.
  • Ensure compliance with study protocols and safeguarding standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and research teams to deliver a seamless patient experience.

Requirements

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Paediatric PIN preferred; RGNs considered with paediatric experience).
  • Competency in venepuncture, LPA, and infusion administration (including port access).
  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service strongly preferred (or certificate issued within 12 months).
  • Up‑to‑date IV passport, paediatric BLS (in‑person preferred), and safeguarding training.
  • Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple site visits and patient schedules.
