We're looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative regulatory professional to join our Global Product Labeling Operations team. In this role, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end lifecycle of printed labeling materials across a global product portfolio — from initial creation through to post-approval changes — ensuring everything is compliant, accurate, and delivered on time.

This is a cross-functional position at the heart of a highly regulated environment, sitting at the intersection of Regulatory, Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, and Medical. If you thrive on process, precision, and keeping complex moving parts aligned, this role will suit you well.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Maintaining controlled records for historical, current, and pending labeling changes, and communicating those changes to stakeholders at point of implementation
  • Representing the Labeling function within change control management for printed materials
  • Leading activities to ensure timely, compliant implementation of printed labeling — across both new commercial launches and as a result of regulatory variations and filing activities
  • Managing stakeholder communication in a collaborative, solutions-focused way across Supply Chain, Quality, Safety, Medical, and others
  • Supporting linguistic review and translation processes for label content
  • Monitoring evolving regulations, industry codes of practice, and health authority guidance relevant to pharmaceutical and biologics labeling — and translating that intelligence into practical recommendations for policy or process change
  • Contributing to labeling metrics and reporting for leadership and key stakeholders

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in regulatory affairs, product labeling, or packaging operations within the pharmaceutical or biologics industry
  • Solid understanding of printed labeling requirements across global markets
  • Familiarity with change control processes and regulated documentation environments
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Clear, confident communicator who can distil complex regulatory information for varied audiences
  • Proactive approach to identifying process improvements and driving efficiency

Why This Role

You'll be joining a function that plays a critical role in getting safe, accurate, and compliant products into patients' hands. There's genuine scope to influence how labeling processes work at a global scale, and strong visibility across the business as a result of the cross-functional nature of the work.
