We are supporting a global organisation in the life sciences/pharmaceutical sector in the search for a Junior HR Partner & HR Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional to gain broad exposure across both HR business partnering and HR analytics, while supporting a dynamic and international workforce. The role combines day-to-day HR operational support across the employee lifecycle with data-driven HR analysis, helping the business make informed people decisions through reporting, dashboards, and insight generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Partnering Support
  • Support the HR Partner/HR Business Partner in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle.
  • Act as a first point of contact for routine HR queries, providing guidance in line with HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage routine HR cases and employee lifecycle changes with a strong focus on service quality.
  • Support organisational initiatives and transformation projects by preparing HR data, materials, and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, including meeting coordination, documentation, and action tracking.
  • Collaborate with HR shared services teams to ensure timely and accurate HR support to employees.
  • Assist with HR processes such as talent reviews, performance calibration, and engagement reviews.
  • Prepare presentations and materials for HR leadership and key stakeholders.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting
    • Create and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and presentations to support business decision-making.
    • Analyse HR data to identify trends, patterns, and potential improvement areas.
    • Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for HR and management.
    • Support reporting across areas such as workforce planning, performance management, and compensation cycles.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology, or a related field.
    • 2–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR generalist support, HR reporting, people analytics, or a similar function.
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling).
    • Experience creating presentations and data storytelling in PowerPoint.
    • Exposure to HR metrics, workforce planning, performance management, or compensation processes.
    • Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms.
    • Experience working in international or matrix organisations is beneficial.
    • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python is advantageous but not essential.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    • High level of integrity and professionalism when handling confidential employee data.
    • Fluent English required; German is a plus.
