Practice Development Manager to help existing customers grow their businesses, increase product usage and strengthen long-term partnerships.

The Opportunity

  • Manage and grow an existing customer base across the UK.
  • Increase product utilisation and consumable sales through account development.
  • Support clinics with commercial, marketing and customer-growth strategies.
  • Deliver product and clinical training and help teams improve their patient engagement and sales approach.
  • Advise on digital marketing, branding, patient targeting and in-clinic activity.
  • Support regional events, workshops and customer initiatives.
  • Partner with the wider sales team to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM, forecasting and account-planning activity.

About You

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in field-based sales, marketing, practice development or a similar role.
  • Background in aesthetics, skincare, medical devices or a related clinical environment preferred.
  • Practical experience with aesthetic treatments and familiarity with skin/anatomy.
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills.
  • Commercially minded with a consultative approach to account growth.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities independently.
  • Marketing knowledge across digital and traditional channels.
  • Willing to travel extensively, including overnight stays.
  • Based in the UK;

North of England / Scottish Borders preferred .

  • Valid driving licence.
