The Neuroscience B2B Manager is a pivotal national role focused on driving new business growth within the UK and ROI private healthcare sector. This role is responsible for identifying, developing and executing compliant business partnerships that enable high-quality patient care while delivering a compelling value proposition for private healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities
- Map and assess private healthcare business opportunities within the neuroscience landscape
- Develop and execute strategic plans to maximise identified business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a defined group of key private healthcare stakeholders
- Ensure patient and healthcare professional access to product offerings through compliant engagement
- Establish meaningful, compliant partnerships that support holistic patient care
- Track, analyse, and report clear and accurate performance data to inform business planning and resource allocation
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional internal teams to deliver national objectives
- Partner closely with Consumer Experience teams to deploy solutions across B2B channels
- Collaborate with Neuroscience Account Managers to strengthen understanding of private providers and brand strategy
- Communicate data-driven insights and value propositions to support product access and adoption
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management and/or Business-to-Business roles (healthcare preferred)
- Experience working with private healthcare providers; Private Medical Insurance experience is advantageous
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive measurable, auditable business growth
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities
- Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, national role with frequent in-person engagement
- High level of integrity with a clear commitment to ethical and compliant conduct
