Planet Pharma is partnered with a leading pharmaceutical company seeking to hire an experienced Market Research & Insights Partner to lead and deliver patient-centric insights and market research across global, regional, and local teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to drive actionable insights that support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and plan market research initiatives, ensuring HCP, patient, and payer insights are integrated into brand strategies and tactics.
  • Work with business partners to define key business questions and collaborate with other insights colleagues to determine the best research methodologies.
  • Oversee market research activities, ensuring the use of innovative methodologies and championing best practices.
  • Partner with regional and local teams (including legal, compliance, and safety) to ensure smooth approvals for new research initiatives.
  • Gather insights from diverse sources, including social media and other non-traditional data, alongside traditional primary research.
  • Collaborate with Advanced Analytics and regional analytics teams to leverage existing data and answer business questions effectively.
  • Advocate for the patient and stakeholder voice in decision-making processes.
  • Ensure compliance with market research governance, including Pharmaco-Vigilance Safety Reporting obligations.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Excellent project management, networking, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Agile mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable.
