Location: Hertfordshire (site-based) | Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

A leading international pharmaceutical organisation is looking for a Maintenance & Asset Coordinator to join their Engineering & Facilities team .

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CMMS expertise and maintenance planning experience within a regulated/GMP environment who enjoys working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, quality, and compliance teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and optimising CMMS systems (Maximo/SAP PM or similar)

• Coordinating planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities

• Supporting GMP-compliant maintenance documentation and audit readiness

• Tracking work orders, KPIs, asset performance, and maintenance reporting

• Liaising with engineering teams, contractors, and operational stakeholders

• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements

✅ Ideal background:

• Experience using CMMS platforms in regulated environments

• Strong maintenance planning/scheduling coordination experience

• GMP/pharmaceutical/life sciences exposure highly desirable

• Strong Excel and reporting skills

• Knowledge of CAPA, deviations, change control, or asset lifecycle management advantageous

• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
