We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide top-level assistance for a commercial leader / high level executive within our commercial team. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.
Responsibilities
- Calendar management for executives
- Aid executives in preparing for meetings
- Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life science industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Must be willing to be onsite in London office 5 days per week
