Position: Marketing - Campaign Associate
Location: Slough, UK
Client: Life Sciences Biotechnology
Type: 6 months contract initially, full-time
Main Responsibilities
- Support and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns within Global Marketing Operations
- Deliver campaign components across events, content, digital channels, and promotional assets
- Ensure operational excellence, brand consistency, and alignment with overall business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement
- Execute hands-on marketing activities to enable high-quality campaign activation
- Work under the direction of the Senior Manager and Global Marketing teams to maximize campaign impact
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Conferences and tradeshows
- Customer and site events
- Webinars
- Technical content creation
- Videography and photography coordination
- Paid media support
- Ensure all campaign deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across marketing, sales, and other functions
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve lead generation and engagement
