Exciting opportunity with a global biotech organisation seeking an experienced Clinical Operations leader to drive clinical development strategy and execution across the full product lifecycle—from First-in-Human studies through registration and post-marketing activities. Oversee clinical development activities across assigned indications and ensure delivery against timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Drive operational risk management, issue resolution, and cross-functional decision-making. Partner with Clinical Trial Leads, Project Managers, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful execution of global clinical programs. Support country and site selection, CRO management, and regulatory readiness activities.

  • 15+ years of experience in Clinical Development and Clinical Operations leadership within biotech or pharmaceutical organisations.
  • Strong background in global clinical trial management, strategic drug development, and operational execution.
  • Experience managing CROs, external partners, and outsourced clinical development models.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and team development capabilities.
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related discipline.
