You will act as a trusted partner to a senior member of the legal leadership team, providing high-level administrative, organisational, and coordination support. The role requires anticipation of needs, excellent judgement, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive diary and calendar management, coordinating complex schedules
- Strategic email inbox management, including triage, prioritisation, and drafting responses
- Acting as a primary point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating meetings and events end-to-end, including agendas, papers, minutes, actions, and logistics
- Preparing and managing senior-level and Board-related documentation
- Coordinating travel and managing expenses
- Accurate and concise minute taking and follow-up of actions
- Supporting project coordination and deadline tracking
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
- Collaborating with other EA/PA colleagues to provide cover and share best practice
Essential Experience
- Significant EA experience supporting senior legal leadership in an in-house setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (documents, presentations, correspondence, expense tracking)
- Experience using collaboration and document management tools (e.g. Teams, SharePoint)
- Exposure to Board or senior leadership support
