We are partnering with a global life sciences services organisation supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device companies across the product lifecycle. This role is focused on driving growth through new client acquisition and strategic partnerships across a broad portfolio of life sciences services.
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth across life sciences service offerings
- Build and develop long-term client relationships
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Lead and support proposals, RFI/RFPs, and bid defences
- Deliver client meetings and capability presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal subject matter experts
- Attend industry events to generate new opportunities
Requirements
- Experience selling services within the life sciences sector
- Background in pharma, biotech, or medical device outsourcing
- Proven success in consultative, solution-led sales
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing complex sales cycles
- Self-motivated and commercially driven
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years' experience in life sciences sales
