We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Haematology Brand Lead to oversee the UK & Ireland brand strategy and launch execution for a key haematology asset. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for guiding cross‑functional teams, driving commercial excellence, and shaping the long‑term success of the portfolio across multiple future indications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the UK & Ireland Haematology Brand Team to deliver a successful launch across multiple indications.
  • Shape the long‑term commercial strategy, brand plans, tactical execution, and associated marketing budgets.
  • Develop differentiated marketing strategies and ensure flawless delivery of tactical plans.
  • Provide strong matrix leadership across commercial, medical, and scientific stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Business Analytics to generate insights, KPIs, and forecasts that inform decision‑making.
  • Communicate effectively across teams, fostering collaboration, clarity, and shared purpose.
  • Oversee financial planning, monitor performance, and identify key variances.
  • Manage budgets responsibly and ensure delivery of targeted profit contribution.
  • Align UK&I execution with broader regional and global franchise strategies.
  • Lead the development of all core marketing deliverables including brand plans, tactical programmes, and market research.
  • Build and maintain impactful relationships with external KOLs and strategic partners.
  • Champion omnichannel engagement, grounded in customer insight, segmentation, and channel feedback.
Governance & Values
  • Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all activity meets applicable laws, regulations, and internal codes of conduct.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company’s values, driving a patient‑centric mindset across initiatives.
  • Represent the organisation at national and European congresses, meetings, and events as needed.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven ability to build meaningful relationships with KOLs and internal stakeholders across commercial, medical, and clinical functions.
  • Strong influencing skills with experience managing cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and present clear, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking, achieving results, and collaborative teamwork.
Education & Background
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing or related disciplines (e.g., sales, market research, forecasting, agency, consulting).
  • At least 3 years’ experience in haematology marketing and/or sales preferred.
  • Prior UK & Ireland launch experience strongly preferred.
