We’re supporting a global life sciences organisation seeking a Medical Affairs Associate to support investigator-initiated research activities and related operational processes. The role involves coordinating studies, working with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring activities are delivered in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Support coordination of investigator-initiated studies across their lifecycle
- Act as a point of contact for investigators, affiliates, and internal teams
- Track contracts, budgets, timelines, and study milestones
- Maintain accurate documentation and inspection readiness
- Support operational meetings and ongoing study reporting
Requirements
- Scientific or health-related degree, or equivalent experience
- Experience in medical affairs, clinical research, or study coordination
- Contract, budget, or operational support experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Understanding of medical research processes and compliance
