Planet Pharma is partnering with a leading mRNA biotechnology company to support the development of next‑generation medicines. The role is part of a new state‑of‑the‑art research, development and production facility in Oxfordshire focused on respiratory vaccine manufacturing. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient and compliant material flow for real‑time mRNA production, supporting 24/7 manufacturing operations and contributing to the broader mRNA pipeline across infectious diseases, oncology, rare conditions and immune disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process inbound deliveries, ensuring documentation is accurate and resolving any discrepancies.
- Upload delivery and quality records into the organisation’s QMS to maintain full GMP compliance.
- Pick, verify and stage materials required for mRNA manufacturing in line with production schedules.
- Apply internal standards for labelling, handling, storage and inventory control within a GxP‑regulated setting.
- Coordinate timely internal deliveries to support live manufacturing operations.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform daily SAP transactions related to inventory movements and stock accuracy.
- Support outbound logistics, including shipment preparation and documentation.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with SAP data.
- Identify, segregate and manage expired or non‑conforming materials.
- Work closely with logistics and operations teams to ensure seamless support across the facility.
- Complete all required training to meet compliance, quality and safety expectations.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Experience working in a GMP / GDP environment.
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Ability to lift and move products safely.
- Flexibility to meet operational demands.
- Strong attention to detail with a collaborative, customer‑focused approach.
- Desire to make an impact within a bold, fast‑growing, transformational organisation.
