A growing UK Pharmaceutical manufacturing site is hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Specialist to support round‑the‑clock production in a regulated environment. This is a hands‑on role focused on material flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance within a modern facility.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Receiving and processing inbound deliveries, checking documentation – ensuring compliance and traceability
- Managing inventory movements and stock accuracy using SAP
- Picking, verifying, and staging materials for live manufacturing
- Maintaining records in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Applying GxP standards for labelling, storage, and handling
- Supporting outbound shipments and internal material deliveries
- Performing cycle counts and managing non‑conforming materials
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory roles
- Experience in GMP / GDP or other regulated environments
- Working knowledge of QMS and inventory control
- SAP experience preferred; strong Excel skills a plus
- Physically capable of manual handling tasks
- Flexible for shift‑based operations
