As our Microsoft Administrator, you'll be the go-to expert for all things M365, managing and customizing our environment to meet evolving business needs. You'll lead troubleshooting efforts, provide third-line support, and craft strategic recommendations for future growth. Your role will also involve implementing advanced security measures, automation, and compliance controls, shaping the way we work today and tomorrow.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated admin experience across the full Microsoft 365 suite (not just partial)
- Extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and architecture, including troubleshooting and support up to third-line level
- Strong proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Implementation of MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, encryption, and compliance controls
- Experience with application proxy, Intune, Autopilot, and patch management
- Familiarity with on-premise interface agents and SharePoint/Teams policy configurations
- Deep understanding of core productivity apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote)
- Knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
- Hands-on experience with security, identity, and access management, including Azure AD and Conditional Access
- Ability to recommend strategic 3-5 year plans for Microsoft 365 infrastructure
Nice to Have Skills
- Industry experience in biotech, pharma, or life sciences sectors
- Knowledge of automation in security and workflows
- Familiarity with Power BI, Viva Insights, Power Automate, and Power Apps
- Experience working with Microsoft Copilot and Azure AI services
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 10-15 years of overall IT experience, with at least 2+ years specializing in Microsoft 365 administration
