We’re partnering with a leading pharmaceutical company to hire a Medical Associate Coordinator to support their Medical Affairs team within Cardio Metabolic Health (diabetes & obesity). This role offers broad exposure to medical operations, medical materials, compliance processes, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration in a highly regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate creation, update, and approval of medical materials across internal systems and lifecycle tools
- Support medical meetings, educational activities, and symposia with strong operational and compliance oversight
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, EMS, E&C, Omnichannel, Finance, agencies) to enable medical initiatives
- Collate and present metrics and data in a clear, user-friendly format
- Maintain medical repositories, documentation, version control, and audit readiness
Requirements
- Life sciences/biological sciences degree (2:1 or above)
- Awareness or understanding of Veeva Promomats
- Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder-management skills
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and analytical mindset
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
